Refund & Return Policy – SoulSkull

At SoulSkull, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned only if they are:
    • Damaged during delivery.
    • Defective or incorrect items received.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized T-shirts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers are not eligible for returns unless defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us.
  • After inspection, if eligible, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Bank/UPI/Wallet).

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you need a different size or design, you may request an exchange instead of a refund (only for eligible products).
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • In such cases, SoulSkull will bear the return shipping cost.
